Morning Star Studio City

The church will be offering the following free classes on Saturday, August 14 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM:

•Membership 101 Class - If you like to learn more about Christianity and the value of the local church, this class is for you. This is a prerequisite to become a member of Morning Star Studio City. Please finish the One2One before Game Day.

•Maturity 201 Class - This is for those who have gone through Membership 101, the next step in establishing strong Biblical foundations and maturing in their faith. Please complete the first 6 chapters of the Purple Book before Game Day.

•Ministry 301 Class - This class is designed to equip Maturity 201 graduates to minister more effectively to others and discover how God has uniquely designed members to serve in ministry and mentor others. Please complete the Purple Book before Game Day.

•Missions 401 Class - This class is designed to help Ministry 301 graduates to become a missional follower of Jesus Christ.

Free breakfast will be served at 8:30am and lunch at 1:00pm. If you’re interested in joining any of the classes, please sign up at the Welcome Center or register at www.morningstarvalley.org.

As Christians we are made new in Christ Jesus, water baptism provides us with an opportunity to bury our old self and be born again in the new spirit that God wants for us.

Water Baptisms for members is on Sunday, May 16th at the church patio after the second service.

There will be Child Dedication on Sunday, December 27th, after the church service. If you are interested to have your child dedicated, please register online or sign up at our Welcome Center.

Every person have issues they need to deal with in order for them to live the fulness of life that Christ has purchased on the cross for them. Victory weekend provides specific and strategic lessons and deliverance sessions that help every beliver to break free from the bondage of sin, generational curses and destructive habits in their lives and help establish them in their personal relationship with God.

Every now and then, our marriages, like our cars, need tuning up to make sure we’re firing on all cylinders and running smoothly! It's on a Saturday, from 9:00 AM-12:00 noon. (Date to be announced later) Registration is $15.00 per couple for materials and breakfast with a free extra ticket for a couple you want to reach out to, who are not yet church attendees.

Financial Stewardship is very important in order for us to experience God’s peace and rewards! We’d like to invite you to join us as we go through Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University. Thirteen week classes start on Thursday, February 4th, 7:00 PM at the Global Cafe. Cost is $100/ per family and childcare for $2.00/kid/class. For more information about the class Click here and watch the intro video.
